ParkTek provides:

- Parking access control and monitoring

ParkTek does not:
- Process payments
- Collect parking fees
- Manage parking facilities
All parking rules and enforcement are handled by the respective parking operators.
3. User Responsibilities

- Protect their access credentials
4. Access & Availability
ParkTek does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of Liability
ParkTek is not responsible for:
- Vehicle damage, theft, or loss
- Parking availability or enforcement actions
- Disputes between users and parking operators
